אפליקציית "קופה" ("האפליקציה") מופעלת על-ידי עמית מורדוב (עוסק מורשה) ("אנחנו", "המפעיל"). השימוש באפליקציה כפוף לתנאים אלה. בהרשמה או בשימוש באפליקציה אתה מאשר שקראת והסכמת לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות.
האפליקציה היא כלי לרישום ומעקב אחר הכנסות, הוצאות, חשבונות, תקציבים וחיסכון של משק הבית, לפי נתונים שאתה מזין ידנית. השירות פועל במכשיר ומסונכרן לענן כאשר אתה מחובר לחשבון.
האפליקציה מספקת חישובים, תחזיות והמלצות (כגון "כמה נשאר לבזבז") למטרות מידע והמחשה בלבד. אין בכך משום ייעוץ פיננסי, השקעות, מס או ייעוץ מקצועי אחר. ההחלטות הכספיות שלך הן באחריותך בלבד, ומומלץ להתייעץ עם איש מקצוע מוסמך לפני קבלת החלטות. איננו בנק, מוסד פיננסי או נותן שירות פיננסי מפוקח, ואיננו מחזיקים בכספך.
השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" (AS IS) ו"כפי שזמין". איננו מתחייבים שהחישובים יהיו נטולי שגיאות, שהשירות יהיה זמין ברציפות, או שיתאים לצרכיך הספציפיים, במידה המרבית המותרת בדין.
אנו משתדלים לגבות ולסנכרן את הנתונים, אך איננו יכולים להתחייב כנגד אובדן נתונים. מומלץ לייצא ולשמור עותק משלך (האפליקציה מאפשרת ייצוא ל-CSV/PDF/גיבוי).
אין להשתמש באפליקציה למטרה בלתי-חוקית, לנסות לפרוץ, להנדס לאחור, להעמיס יתר על המידה על השרתים, או לפגוע במשתמשים אחרים.
האפליקציה משתמשת ב-Supabase (אחסון וסנכרון) וב-Google/Apple (התחברות, לבחירתך). השימוש בהם כפוף גם לתנאיהם. הורדה מ-App Store / Google Play כפופה גם לתנאי החנויות.
במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, לא נהיה אחראים לכל נזק עקיף, תוצאתי, מיוחד או אובדן רווחים/נתונים הנובע מהשימוש באפליקציה. בכל מקרה, אחריותנו הכוללת לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמת עבור השירות (אם שילמת) בשנים-עשר החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.
אתה רשאי להפסיק להשתמש בכל עת. אנו רשאים להשעות או להפסיק את השירות או חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.
נעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת; המשך שימוש לאחר העדכון מהווה הסכמה.
על תנאים אלה יחול הדין של מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית תהיה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

The "Kupa" app ("the App") is operated by Amit Moradov (licensed business / עוסק מורשה) ("we", "the operator"). Your use of the App is subject to these Terms. By registering or using the App you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The App is a tool to record and track your household's income, expenses, accounts, budgets and savings, based on data you enter manually. It runs on your device and syncs to the cloud when you are signed in.
The App provides calculations, forecasts and suggestions (such as "how much is left to spend") for informational purposes only. This is not financial, investment, tax or other professional advice. Your financial decisions are your sole responsibility, and you should consult a qualified professional before making them. We are not a bank, financial institution or regulated financial service, and we do not hold your money.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that calculations will be error-free, that the service will be continuously available, or that it will meet your specific needs.
We strive to back up and sync your data, but we cannot guarantee against data loss. We recommend exporting and keeping your own copy (the App supports CSV/PDF/backup export).
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach it, reverse-engineer it, overload the servers, or harm other users.
The App uses Supabase (storage and sync) and Google/Apple (sign-in, at your choice), whose terms also apply. Downloading from the App Store / Google Play is also subject to the stores' terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages, or loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the App. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service, or an account that violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
